Glutamine is useful in some regards, but looking at it from a bodybuilding aspect, you may be better off with a complete BCAA product (Xtend), EAA product (Vendetta), or a bulk Leucine product.

Well Optimum Nutrition already has glutamine in it, if you are looking for more take Xtend because that contains that plus extra BCAA.

I take Higher Power Micronized Glutamine 1000 after a workout.....seems to be working well cause I don't experience much soreness the next day.....there are like 222 servings per container so this stuff will last along time...the powder is very fine and easy to mix with fruit juice...hope this helps

I Don't Think You Need An Extra Product As ON 100% Gold Standard Whey Protien Has 5g Glutamine & Even 1 Serving Per Day Would Be Enough.

Free-form Glutamine (which ON's does not have) and intact glutamine / precursors are two different things. This is like saying my spinach contains Glutamine or my steak has BCAAs - which they do.

As long as the active agent is "unknown" some dork is still gonna be poppin' chicken beaks so he can freakin' squat!
Crank up those catecholamines, that's not chicken I smell being cooked.

Read the ingredients.
It also makes note of BCAA amounts as well. There are no added BCAAs either.
