Pork is incredibly cheap, i've read its low in saturated fats compared to beef, has loads of protein + fat(depending on the cut), and tastes great.
pros, cons???

i remember a news story years ago which examined the amount of bug material we ate indirectly through regular food processing
pretty much, all food contains bug material, and there are rules regarding food processing stating that a certain amount of bug material can safely be included with all food during processing, as you will never get 0%*ZMA, Superpump MAX, Green Tea Extract, Garlic Extract, Fish Oil, Joint Supp.*
