15 wks. out - cut out dairy?

Hey - so I'm 15 wks. out and I know that I'll have to cut dairy at some point - when do you suggest? I just don't know how long it will take for my skin to thin back out and not be thick - thanks!!

if you aren't lactose intolerant, and dairy doesn't give you any digestion issues, then there's no need to cut it out until the last week or so (assuming you like milk and want to keep it in). Just about every study done on dairy shows it aids fat loss, so I keep it in until peak week (because I love milk). It doesn't make your skin thick, that is simply false. Some people claim that it makes them bloated, but that has more to do with solute balance and/or an allergic reaction (see lactose intolerance). So, depending on that will determine whether or not you include dairy in your prep or not.

As a complete newbie to the whole bodybuilding lifestyle, I can honestly say that seperating fact from fiction has been the hardest part of it all. Seems everybody feels they are an 'expert' and it can sometimes be hard to distinguish myth from reality. Thank goodness for these forums to help seperate the two.
