ABOUT ME:
I am a college student who is broke like most college students. The gym I use is perhaps the worst gym I have ever seen but I make the best out of it. I enjoy training just to see the constant progress and to continually enhance my physique.
GOAL:
Reduce body fat while maintaining as much muscle as possible.

STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES:
My biggest strength has always been my arms, even in 6th grade I was that kid that people would tell to "make a muscle." Since I began taking training seriously (March 2006), I have been able to get my arms and shoulders to grow much easier than other body parts.
My weaknesses however lie in my Chest, Back, and Calves. Most of my chest and back exercises are strong, but I take over with my arms/shoulders too easy. I have a hard time feeling a mind-muscle connection with my Chest and Back.
Calves on the other hand just flat out suck.
DIET:
Diet is below, I am very strict with my diet except on the occasions where my girlfriend freaks out that we do not go out to dinner or anything, so then I will be forced to adapt lol. I will also have one carb up/refeed day per week. Haven't 100% decided on how I am going to do this but I have only tried to cut once before and went way too low on cals.
TRAINING SCHEDULE:
3 days 'on' followed by 1 day 'off'. I rotate between four workouts and pick up where I left off. Cardio and abs will be done 3-4 times per week together, usually at night as I like to lift in the morning.
A. Chest & Triceps
B. Back & Biceps
C. Shoulders
D. Legs
ex. A, B, C, off, D, A, B, off, C D, A, off etc...

NOTES:
The package came today! It totally caught me by suprise since Des said it would be shipped out today. I figured it would come quickly since I am close to Gaspari headquarters but never thought it would be here already.
I wasn't actually planning on starting until around Sunday because I never thought it would be here. Well it is here and I will be starting tomorrow. Definitely pumped to get this going, I have heard so many great things about SizeON but never got around to trying it.

Nice, I will be cutting after a looong bulk session. My goal is to stay above 220, ideally around 225ish although thats extremely optimistic.
I haven't seen my Abs since October so I feel it is time for them to come out of their hole. I wonder if they will see their shadow? Would that mean it is going to be a good summer?!?
Yeah I guess its hard to realize sometimes, my girlfriend is naturally very tan so when I'm with her I look like I am albino.

I am very excited, I have used SuperPump before, but none of the other 3. I was planning on buying PlasmaJet, but I ended up getting a little lucky

Not one of my better workouts, had nothing to do with the products though, I didn't fall asleep until a little later than usual last night and I was quite pooped in the morning. SuperPump sure did a good job of waking me up when it was time to go, but I always have sub par workouts when I don't sleep enough. In case you didn't figure it out Italics means a warm up set.
FIRST PRODUCT IMPRESSIONS:
Novedex XT
It tastes like crap! JK its a pill it tastes like nothing. Unable to really point out anything about my workout involving this product since it is the first day.
PlasmaJet
My side delts did get more of a pump than usual, not sure if this was PlasmaJet at work or SizeON or SuperPump. Not really an increase in vascularity, I did however successfully swallow 7 of the 10 pills in one gulp. Next time I will try for all ten! I took my first dose last night about a half hour pre-pre-bed meal. This was a suggestion from Zach, since I workout in the morning I really cannot take it on an empty stomach 2-3 hours pre. However my next serving will be Sunday, and since the gym does not open until later I will be taking it 2-3 before the same day.
SuperPump 250 - Lemon Burst
The Lemon flavor is siick. I had second thoughts about my selection when I opened the tub at first and gave it a sniff, but luckily I was wrong. It tastes similar to Lemon Italian Ice. SuperPump is the only product that I have previously tried and I have always been a fan.
SizeON - Grape Blast
While the SuperPump flavor was awesome....SizeON was not. It wasn't that bad but it is just very sweet IMO. I started sipping it solo so I could get a good feeling for the taste, then added in my usual serving of CL Purple WrAAth. PW didn't really affect the taste but once it got watered down a bit, it was decent.
Something of note is that I have never really gotten the tingles from a product with Beta-Alanine like PW which I have been using for quite some time. However today, I was itching a bit. I am unsure if an ingredient or two in the stack caused this or perhaps one of the ingredients enhanced the effect/uptake of the BA. IDK, maybe the reps can shed some light on this but it was definitely a pleasant surprise.

I say he should rock w/ 2-3 scoops!! It never lets me down..your gonna have some sweet gym rage! Today Plasma is comin along w/ Big blue(superpump ) for some dasting of the quads and trying to blow up my chest!
**So you like the flavor of the Lemon? I've heard some mixed reviews. I have only tried the Blue Raspberry which is really good! I finished my 4th tub and now time to order another!
