Low carbing=lost of appetite????...help
Ok so,this might sound so retarded, but this week i kept my carbs pre and post workout around 30gms to 50 gms(total for the whole day). This week also i had three double workout session, and i did cardio every single day as usual.Anywhos,as for right now i have lost my appetite and i am forcing myself to eat to get my meals in,and i am feeling a little sick to my stomach.Does anybody think i need to replenish with a carb up or what suggestions are out there?
Notes:I do drink more than a gallon of water a day
i eat plenty vegetables
I only have portworkout shakes(two),and the rest is all food, and i have two servings of good fats in a single day.

Do you normally train like that? That sounds like a lot of training. Generally if you are fatigued one of the first signs is loss of appetite. Cutting carbs will normally make one feel sluggish but from my experience and knowledge it actually causes cravings, more specifically for carbs.

How long have you been doing the low carb approach? Was it just this week? Sounds like it was, but wasn't sure.

Nope i just started working out like that, and as far as for low carbing it started this week, because for a whole month i was pretty much at maintance ,kinda like carb cycling, and i hold a lot of water with carbs......and also i can't seem to drop my bodyfat, that's why i am trying this approach

Sounds a bit like the the TKD (Keto) approach that I have been doing. Carbs around workouts, but low the rest of the time. If you are eating higher fat than you are used to, that can keep you feeling more full . . . so that could be part of it. Maybe just give yourself a bit more time to adjust to the low carbs and see how goes. You might feel better in the second week. I know that most of the folks on keto avoid a carb-up until they are 2 or 3 weeks into it.
But I don't pretend to be an expert by any stretch . . . I've only been on keto since Jan 1. So take it for what it's worth. Looks like you are doing great regardless.

Yes, that is one of the reasons low carb diets work. They self-regulate themselves both by eliminating a macro and increasing the macronutrients most associated with satiety.
