What does your typical days keto meal look like?
I mean, what are you eating for each meal and how much? I've never done keto, but thinking about trying it. I read up on it and it seems cool, but I'm not comfortable with the idea of eating 60% fat! I'm 1.5 weeks into my cut right now and thinking about switching things up. Thanks!

I eat a ton of chicken salad: grilled or canned chicken, mayo, dill relish, a couple chopped up hardboiled eggs. Scrambled eggs & bacon for breakfast or an omelet of some kind. Snacks are natty peanut butter, beef jerky, whey shakes with some cream mixed in.
There are tons of other things you can eat . . . if you search around on this forum they should be pretty easy to find. I'm sure some others will have suggestions as well. People eat a lot of steak, hamburger (80/20), cheese, etc.

I just ate:
8oz Shirataki Noodles (Spaghetti substitute yay!)
10 meatballs (mmm meat)
1/2 cup tomato based sauce
Code:
grams cals %total
Total: 470
Fat: 26gr 238 53%
Carbs: 15gr 36 8%
Fiber: 6gr 0 0%
Protein: 43gr 173 39%
I know, 9 whole grams of carbs, but for the experience of spaghetti... it was so totally worth it.

Breakfast: 3 whole eggs (with a tbsp of cream) + cheese + meat (omelette or scrambled)
Lunch: meat/chicken/fish + broccoli (or others, I just happen to like broccoli ^^) and melted cheese
Dinner: Almost the same as lunch
Snacks are almonds or veggies with ranch, depending on macros and hunger
I usually drink a cup green tea with a tbsp of heavy cream with each meal, and some kind of no-carb drink (coke zero, sf redbull, etc..) when I feel like sweets.
I'm gonna start cooking some keto ice-cream, keto pancakes etc.. to block that sweet cravings, but an occasional sf drink helps me stay happy
