    This no carb things is hard, are carbs from fruit bad, right now im at 44%-p 36%-F 20%-Carb but that is mainly from fruit, is my fat to high for this fruit carb intake.
    I really just wanna shed a ton of fat speed isnt really the end all be all but I would like to see a noticable diffrence in 60 days. At least by picture standards.

    Your no where near being in ketosis and if your finding it really hard, then I say don't stress over and just do a calorie restricted diet. You lose weight in the end, and that is your goal. One of the worst things going is having daily stress about something that should be enjoyable on a daily basis. Keep your protein moderately high, try and get about 20 % fats from natural sources and get your carbs from natural sources as much as you can as well. You'll see progress, I promise.

    Its hard to get that diet here, there are not alot of food options threw out the day its not like I can go and stock up on healthy foods lol. Iraq kindda kills the heath kick a little.
    Ill just keep it as low as possible and see what happens, lay off the beef paties and stick more to turkey lunch meat, ill find a way.

    i was around 130 today im going to shoot for lower tomorrow
