What does your typcial day's keto diet look like?
I mean, what are you eating for each meal and how much? I've never done keto, but thinking about trying it. I read up on it and it seems cool, but I'm not comfortable with the idea of eating 60% fat! I'm 1.5 weeks into my cut right now and thinking about switching things up. Thanks!

Breakfast - 10oz 80/20 ground beef, 1.5oz almonds

Snack - 1oz almonds

Lunch - 10oz 80/20 ground beef, 1oz almonds

Dinner - Haven't ate yet, not sure if I will. But if I do it will be 10oz 80/20 ground beef and some sour cream.
