Need a new Multi

Any suggestions for a good multi vitamin? Im looking at animal pak right now but it seems a little overkill. Until now I've just been using a generic mens formula. Any info would be helpful.

Any vitamin will do seeing as how they all have the same content (more or less)
Do for a cost-efficient choice

Took Animal Pak before, a little overdoin' IMO. But now I just take a GNC Mens Multi, cheap and does the job.

Yeah orange triad is a good one. If you looking for a good cheap generic the look up Proline Technologies Vita-pro Male. It sells pretty good.

I use Opti-Men. Its pretty good. The price is reasonable and it can last you for about 3 months.
