he came into your clinic (she is a nurse) and asked for blood tests for STD's?

She doesn't know that my lab results came back negative (which means Im clean). When I came into the clinic she was the first one I talked too and i felt she was interested in me even after I mentioned about the tests I was coming in for. I talked to her again last night on the phone and she rememebered me when I told her, her voice sounded familiar...this was before I got my results from the head nurse.....and I have to go in there today to pick up a copy. More than likely she will be there when I go in...

Do I have any chance asking this girl out or would she look down on me because of what I came in for?

Should I just give her my number or ask for hers....I dont even know if she is single lol.

Never give a girl your number, just get theirs.
And it seems like shes interested, im sure she knows theres a 50/50 shot itll come out negative, so give it a shot.

It's not her number.....it was the health care clinics number lol. I was calling in to get my results and she so happened to answer the phone.

If she sounded interested, it's worth a try. I just hope she didn't get turned off by the STD test even though it was negative. Some people might see that as a sign of promiscuity.

Not really. That's just what I was thinking the second I heard you were going in for an STD test. I know it can be a stereotype, and even if you had a gf who cheated on you, you would be within your right to worry. It just seems like it could be indicative at a most basic level that you've had multiple sex partners as of recently.

i get tested every 6 months, and try to get tested with every new (long term) partner.

just how i've done it since i became sexually active.

Well Im sure she hears all kinds of weird things in her work, so I would hope this wouldn't turn her off....plus most women get tested everytime they go to birth control. Doesn't mean there a slut. I like to think Im responsible and try my best to stay healthy....this is the second test Ive done, last one was a year or so ago.

Thank you finally some good responses....I dont see why people find this as a bad thing, if anything it would be nice to know that your partner is disease free.

No I understand what your saying....the first time I had one done was because my ex girlfriend cheated on me, then we broke up....if that was bad enough she called me up a month later saying she had an STD! I went in got checked out and luckily I was clean! Guess karma got her back...

After that I decided it would be good if I check up every once in a while....Im not a slut but Ive had quite a few girlfriends.

Ok well I went down there 20 minutes ago...got dressed up and even rode my motorcycle down there (I try to make a good impression at least).

Anyways I walk right in and sweet the girl is all alone at the desk...as soon as she saw me she says "hey we always seem to run into one another here *smiling*"

Me: "Yeah seems like your always working, dont you have any free time?" (hoping to move to me asking her out ofcourse)

Then we were joking around a bit (she was nervous, but flirty/interested) and she was filling out a form for me....she remembered my first and last name, my date of birth...haha

And then I moved to asking her questions....how old are you? 21
So do you have a BF? Yeah....for 5 years...

We talked for a little more, then she got me my Lab form and we said goodbye
