Thyrotabs and Fever - HELP!
I posted this in the female section, but wasn't sure if I'd get a response, and I'd like one as quick as possible. Sorry!...:
I'm on nearly three weeks of a six-week thyrotab run, and while I can tell my body temperature has been elevated, I haven't taken my temp....until today.
I started feeling feverish -hot flashes/chills- so when I took my temp, I was surprised that it read 99.8, under the tongue. Is it normal for your temp to climb that high while taking thyrotabs? I know tt's raise your temp, but is it supposed to be as much as a full degree?
I tapered up for a week, and have been taking three a day for almost the last two weeks. I occasionally stack it with either cytolean or e/c depending on if I need it.
To note, I've had fabulous results since I began my run, battling at first with the increased appetite, but with cytolean and e/c's help, I was able to nip that in the rear, and have lost 4 pounds total and am leaner than ever.
I'm just wondering if my temperature is in the normal range for a thyrotab run, or if maybe I should start taking two a day instead of three....?
Thanks for your help!!

Yes they will raise your temp a bit, but the "normal" range is what you can tolerate. If this makes you uncomfortable then drop the dose by a tab.

Aside from the feverish temperature changes, I feel great. I just wanted to make sure that my temp wasn't too high for an average dosing. At least I know the thyros are working! They certainly are powerful; I haven't been this lean in my life, and everyday I see more cuts! Yay for Gaspari!!
I'll simply continue to monitor my temp, and if I start to feel bad, I'll lower the dose. Right now, why fix something that ain't broke?
BTW, thanks for the quick response!!!

Cytolean is another product by Gaspari. They stack nicely with thyrotabs, killing your appetite (which I certainly needed because the tt's kicked my rear when it came to appetite) and giving you energy. I love them not only for that but also because they put me in a good mood!
Thyrotabs rock. Seriously. I'm down 4 pounds total, but I lost two in three days after the second week. I just wonder where I'll be at the end of the run. I'll be sure to let you all know!!

We discontinued them last year but they can still be found on the net. We might reformulate them under a new name but we have a few products ahead of them at present.

Google them. They're sold online at a number of places. BB.com no longer carries them because they've been discontinued. If you look around, you can find some good deals. I got three boxes at a pretty decent price!

Very nice. I have loved every Gaspari product I've used so far.
EDIT: When I went to get those HLG on sale, the sale price had ended and I could no longer afford them.

Can't wait for that, so far SizeOn has aided in the 70+lb increase in my bench! Just started my 2nd tub today... Giving SP250 a shot sometime soon too.

GNC just jacked up the price on them to full retail at $79.99. They don't get a lot of love on the forums, but the masses are eating them up like syrup off a pornstar's ass.

Good to hear man. The SP250/SizeON combo really has a good synergy.

Took my temp this AM before I got up, and it's still holding steady at 99.8.
I also weighed again. I normally don't weigh, but I've been excited to see what the tt does, and wow! I'm down another 1.4 pounds in three days. That's 5.4 total in three weeks. AMAZING!!!!

Sounds like great progress. Just be careful that you're not overdoing it with the Thyrotabs, cytolean, and e/c all together.
This is for Des, but anyone who's used thyroidals can chime in as well. I had posted a question previously regarding thyroidals in another thread. How long is recommended between cycles? I'm running a different one right now and was looking to take a month break and then start up with thyrotabs. Would this be too soon in your opinion?

Although your temperature is elevated, it's not beyond the normal range. Technically, unless you go over 100.4 you should be fine. That's awesome you're getting such good results from it.

Thyrotabs doesn't seem to suppress the the thyroid, and if so, only minimally. Even still it's best to give your system at around 4 weeks to go back to normal before you starting messing with it again.

I don't take the cytolean and e/c everyday, and certainly not together. I actually only take them as I need them, which seems to be just 2-3 days a week. So I'm not overdoing it!

Yes. I've been eating a very clean diet while running the thyrotabs to get the best results possible. In the beginning, I slipped up a bit because I wasn't expecting such an increase in appetite since I tapered up the dose. Then I got it together and started using the cytolean or e/c whenever I started to feel the hunger creep up.
So aside, from that minor slip up, my diet has been so clean you could run over it with a truck and still eat it.

Something else I've noticed with the tabs is that I'm much more......ummmm.....regular. From what I've read, this is common with increased thyroid production. Good to know it's working! LOL!
