mix the following in a small bowl, this way you dont make too much.
2 heaping tsp's natty PB or almond butter
1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein
2 tbsp coco powder
1 heaping tbsp chocolate flav coffee grinds(optional)
small handful of nuts of ur choice
coconut if desired
splash of whipping cream
splash of water
i added walden farms chocolate syrup too , so it was xtra choclately
then devore slowly because its amazing.
