twinnett,
sometimes i do eat 3 meals, i don't know why i have no appetite to eat; maybe just because the supplement i take {chromium}. i've been taking this supplement for weeks now.
i'm not sure the calories.i don't know how to find out how many calories are in the food i eat.

Check out fitday.com
You should really try to break those meals into smaller meals through the day!
Do you really tell a big difference from chromium?
