    should i workout forearms

    should i? or will other lifts like dl and stuff help them? if i should, what day should i do it?

    I think you should, though unfortunately I haven't invested any effort into them. Whenever I do curls and DLs, my forearms don't seem to grow. They look horrid in a T-shirt. Maybe eventually I'll convince myself to work them.

    I personally wouldn't waste my time with forearm-specific exercises. If you're doing deadlifts and pullups, they'll grow on their own.
