Cutting right now but I don't want a fat burner.
I want to cut from 205 to 185 and than bulk, strength is my biggest goal.

its mainly omega 3 fatty acids these are essential to anyones diet. Omega 3 and 6 are essential we lack to the desaturase enzymes to make any fatty acids under an omega 9 position fatty acid.
Omega 3 = anti inflammitory and anti clotting, can also help with fat loss. Helps prevent cardiovascular issues, too much can promote hemmorhaging and things like cerebral edema
Omega 6= pro inflammitory and pro clotting, can help with fatloss as well and some can possibly help with muscle gain (arachodonic acid), helps prevent hemmorhaging and such, too much promotes cardiovascular and other inflammitory diseases.
reason its a good supp. is becaue barely anyones diet has a decent amount of omega 3's...
It won't affect performance much, but if anything could help decrease bodyfat easier on a cut.

ya increasing your ratio of 3's to 6's can also increase insulin sensitivity
so increasing your omega 3 intake and decreasing/elmiminating your omega 6's can help you lose fat and recover faster

slightly, there's a lot of mixed results on this topic so I tend to not include that in the explanation. But I will say that it deffinately might play a role.
WOH WOH WOH, NEVER ELIMINATE OMEGA 6's! Thats just asking for trouble... not to mention it would be pretty darn impossible to do such a thing. Whered ya get the recovery thing from?

edit: Yeah i get that, thats why I said increase omega 3 fat intake because we don't eat enough.
