Question Q on chest training..

hey, im currently doing a 3 day split routine that consists of:

mon: chest biceps shoulders

wed; legs

fri: back traps triceps

*abs are worked out every workout

would adding chest in again ( meaning i would be training chest twice a week) be benifical, or would this result in overtraining/

i have been seeing steady gains from this workout already, but am just curios weather i can train my chest even more.

If it ain't broke then don't try to fix it. And also it depends on your volume for your chest workout, if you are doing a **** load of sets it wouldn't be the best idea.

judging by your pic you've got a well developed chest, as said before if it aint broke down fix it, just keep going the way you're going, you're doin well.
