hey, im currently doing a 3 day split routine that consists of:
mon: chest biceps shoulders
wed; legs
fri: back traps triceps
*abs are worked out every workout
would adding chest in again ( meaning i would be training chest twice a week) be benifical, or would this result in overtraining/
i have been seeing steady gains from this workout already, but am just curios weather i can train my chest even more.
