Swimsuit Calendar
Tonight at 9pm I have an audition for our University swim suit calendar and was wondering what the best things to eat today would be? Ususally I eat a ton of food and by the end of the day the LAST thing I want to wear is a swim suit! Any filling meal ideas that won't leave me so bloated?!

That's exciting! Do you get to pick out your own suit? Or do they have theme background that your suit compliments or something. I have no idea!
Have fun, and I'll add my "good luck" with the rest!

in my expierience with photo shoots the best way to get a lean look is by cutting my water in half 2 days before and cutting out carbs after my postworkout meal, then morning of shoot if its an afternoon shoot eat a 2/3 cup of oats w/ barely any water and eggwhites then every couple hours eat about 3oz of low fat protein like tuna up till the time of the shoot...this worked for me! i didn't look overly lean but perfectly toned and feminine!

Oh geez...so I don't have as much time to prepare for this as I thought! The first shoot for the group is the 12th and my solo will be the 13th or 18th. That is hardly over a week away...ugh. I was hoping that I would have time to make sure I am in the best shape I could. With the shoot only 10 days away would upping the cardio have any benifit in that short amount of time?

well if you got chosen they likely thought you looked great as you are. Don't stress too much about it! Don't do anything crazy and congrats

It's Finally HERE!!
Today we have our group shoots from 3-7 and tomorrow I will be shooting for Miss March from 10-8. I had a few questions...I was planning on working out this morning, should I even bother? I ususally feel kinda 'swollen' or however you would refer to it after doing all my lifts and cardio so should I just take the day off and go tomorrow after the individuals? Also on a typical day of a show or photo shoot what would be food to avoid or the best things to eat to avoid any bloating/ water retention?
Thanks!

I would do cardio only and forget about the gym tomorrow.
Food to avoid would be veggies that cause gas or bloating like broccoli, I'd stick with lean protein and asparagus and tons of water today and tomorrow. have fun and good luck! Don't starve yourself during the shoot, you need energy and stamina, it's hard work
