Hydroxycut Hardcore

I've been taking Hydroxycut Hardcore for about a week, has anyone else taken this supplement, and if so has there been any benefits?

If you haven't taken Hydroxycut Hardcore but other thermo's what have you taken and experienced? And would you recommend it?

I don't take Hydroxycut but I am using BSN's Atrophex and I really love it. I tend to be extra sensitive and get jittery and all heart palpy with any of that stuff like I don't even mess with soda or coffee in real life so I was quite surprised that the Atrophex hasn't been freaking me out. I can tell it's there and working but I am not jittery at all- no quickened heartbeats.
I really think the Atrophex helps me focus more too...sounds weird but I've noticed such a difference!

Here's a question, I'm starting training for a figure competition... I heard that fat burners are reccommended for the process, but is there really a noticible difference? Because other people say that they're just like caffinated placebo's that don't do anything but make you think they actually help you burn fat.

So, girls taking fat burners, when you say you "notice a difference", what do you mean? I'm just curious as to know whether it would be beneficial for me to invest in it.

Most fat burners out there have good things in them. However, some of those things may be under dosed so you don't get the full extent of their effects.

If you plan on competing then a fat burner would probably be a good idea for you. Theres a bunch out there, depending on your diet/training/health I could have you pick a desired one.

My favorite supplements to burn fat are caffiene and ephedrine. This might not be an option for you if you are sensitive to ephedrine or have high blood pressure, or have a life style that demands alot of high intesity activity.

As far as the hydroxycut hardcore. I think there are better products to lose fat. The things that pop out to me that can helm with thermo genics are caffiene, green tea, and yohimbie. There are a few other good things in there such as salix (asprin pretty much) and black pepper. The only bad thing is you don't know the exact dosages of each of these compounds.

I hope I answered all your questions.

Yes, I took Hydroxycut Hardcore for about 6 months (with a few breaks). I only took 2 tabs/twice a day... 3 at a time had me wired for sound! Personally, I don't think it made a huge difference in how fast I lost weight, but I continued taking it because I liked the energy it gave me... I felt like it helped me workout stronger (which in turn resulted in fat loss). I lost 20 pounds, then gained 3 back - which I think (hope) is muscle, because I remained consistent with my workouts and continued to improve my eating habits.

The sales guy at GNC recommended it to me in the first place, which was a big part of why I chose it, but I have read that there are much better products out there... still trying to figure out my own next move. Hope that helps.
