Hey guys, I must say my chest is well developed, but I am looking to have that pronounced, nice cut that defines the lower chest. Best exercise? move? Thanks!

Incline press, dumbell or barbell. if you bring up your upper pecs your lower chest will be more defined. most guys hit lower chest enough with flat bench moves. Dips are still a great move and a nothing beats a well balanced chest routine but most guys neglect the upper pecs more than lower.
