I'm about 200 lbs, 15 - 20% b/f, here are my general macros:
Carbs = 235 g
Protein = 250 g
Fats = ~62 g
940/1000/560
All adding up to around 2500 (+/- 200 cals). They all come from clean sources, so I was wondering if I should cut my cals down to something like 2300 or keep them as is. Thanks in advance.
