Most people don't have any sides to WF although some may have some stomach issues headaches or become lite headed it all depends on how you react to stims thats why we always suggest starting off at a half a dose to test your tolerance.

It should be cycled to avoid long term sides from the stimulants (adrenal fatigue)

Popular alternative, don't rely on it... use it only on days when you REALLY need a kick in the ass

Good advice, that's what I do.
I only eat food in bar form. When you concentrate food, you unleash its awesome power, I'm told. That's why I'm compressing 5 pounds of spaghetti into one handy mouth-sized bar...

    Hospital please.

An aftertaste that lasts at least six hours even if you eat or drink. Just being honest. Aside from that I don't haven't experienced anything.

Actually, using it when you need it and cycling is the best way to not have any stimulant issues.

I believe when you use it for say a certain amount of weeks...you take some weeks off from the supplement.

For example, say you use the supplement continuous for 12 weeks, then it would be followed by 4 weeks "off" period.

GABA can have adverse effects in high doses. It inhibits excitatory neurons, which creates a calming feeling. I take it as part of my sleep cocktail. In excessive dosages it could cause seizures because of the latter mention. I take about double to triple the serving of WF, plus 750mg before bed. The flushing effect is similar to nicotinic acid(B3) (which I use everyday), due to is interaction with the same receptors. Nic. Acid causes histamine pockets to open, GABA possibly does the same.

short term side affects i have found is nothing at the normal dosage, if taking 2-4 times the normal dosage you will have a workout like never before but feel light headed after wards and have shakes in the body as experienced by me

What would an average cycle for a pre workout be, and since i am only 16 i was wondering if the arginine increases nitric oxide production if i take one of these supplements now could it possibly weaken or or stop the production of nitric oxide later in life, or maybe not if properly cycled?

How about lower doses? Pretty sure I was using half servings of flood and still made me feel awful. Overall I thought it was an excellent pre-workout but I just couldn't hack the shortness of breath lightheaded feeling and not being able to sleep at night.

    Thanks for answering.
I have been using WF for 3 weeks now. When I started using it I would get hot flashes and it was hard to focus while at the gym. This would last about 30 mins or so.

What helped was drinking lots of water after the 20 minutes it takes to absorb into your body. I do not know if this just flushes it out but I still feel like a get that extra kick when lifting.

    Side effects: PVC's

Had to go to the ER yesterday cause my heart was having arrhythmias. The Docs wanted to kill me when I told them that I was on this stuff. My doc pretty much said I was OD'ing on Caffiene.

I was using White Flood for a month and just used it 6 days straight and because of it I had to get and infusion of Mag Sulfate to hit the brakes on my PVC's and now I'm on a Halter Monitor.

Let's hope there's no permanent damage.

i left my opinionated light review in the CL sample thread/promo forum

i will have to agree, there is an after taste... i thought it was just me, but i can confirm this... like mentioned ANY energy supps arent anything to play with. you need break time from them regardless of how you feel depended on them. It sucks coming off energy supps, but its for your own good.

but yea, WF kicked me in the butt and gave me a nice pump and energized session.

No offense, you are 41 years old and took a strong PWO 6 days straight. What did you expect?
