I've never cycled off a preworkout yet...I still feel White Flood like I did the first time I ever tried it. I don't drink anything with stims besides White Flood.

I've been using Ultima for the last two weeks and my workouts have been ****. I'm gonna to order a 100 serving watermelon. I tried the furious fruit punch of the new version. The taste was weird, but the product was awsome.

Tips to get the most out of WF: Take on an empty stomach (making sure you take at least 2 weeks off all stims before running WF if you’ve been taking stimulant containing products recently). Swish WF around in your mouth ~35-40 minutes or so preworkout. Give the bacteria in your mouth time to work on the nitrates to get the most out of the product. Also make sure not to use toothpaste/mouthwash within 4 hours prior to WF use (or within 45 minutes after use). My personal preference, once I have the stim tolerance (don’t start at this level), is 1.5 scoops 40 min PWO and .5 scoop mixed in with my intra.

Play around with the amount of water to suit your taste needs. Most people like 8-10oz of water per scoop of WF

What's the deal with no toothpaste/mouthwash within hours of the product? I'm not saying this is bull****, just curious as to the reasoning for that. Also, I've seen some products including creatine and vitamins that claim they are better absorbed orally - ie the "chewables" etc. Why does WF work better orally as opposed to stomach digestion? In my experience, the "oral" versions of workout products do not really work any better.

watch the dosage as the recommended amt on labels is usually for adult male. depending on ur size 1/2-2/3s would be a good starting point.

Its not an "oral" version of a product. It works fine via just swallowing.

Interesting. I asked because I have noticed a strange (though moderate) energy/hormone drop soon after a mouthwash. It goes away within 45-60 minutes. But it's definitely noticeable, it's like it kills a good edge that u might have going.

Only side effect I had was the occasional headaches and my saliva tasted like white flood for the next couple hours. Still a great pre-workout though.
