Clen cycle
I had a couple questions with my first clen cycle.
I plan on taking clen with Thyrotabs. I heard of 3 week cycles and 2 week cycles, which is the best?? Also on the break what do you take?
Im about 190 pounds.

2 weeks on/off is typical but I have heard people say you can go as long as 6 and be fine. Just work your doses up slowly and dont go much over 125mcg/ed I did 2 weeks on, and lost 2 lbs a week and then did 2 weeks off and made no progress. Then I did 4 weeks on and lost 2 lbs/week for the whole 4 weeks.

Alot of people like to do ECA on the 2 weeks off.
I don't though.
I run Clen + Ketotifen + Benadryl and I run it non-stop. With the ketotifen and benadryl I stay responsive to the clen (or at least it for sure feels like it)
Along with that I run Yohimbine with it.
Yohimbine + Clen is an awesome fat loss stack IMO.

i've used clen effectively for the duration of a precontest with results throughout. ketotifen prevents down regulation of the receptors which is why some people make no progress after 2-3 weeks. t3 promotes an increase. so you might want to try to pick up some ketotifen and real t3.
what you also need to do is get a baseline temperature. take it when you wake up and when you go to bed. record the number for a week before you go on the clen. then do the same while on clen. your body temp will go up significantly and eventually level off, then begin to go back down. when it hits your baseline average, you've adapted to the clen which means no more results. increasing the dose will only temporarily work. this is because of the down regulation clen causes. it's at this point you need to taper down and come off. take 2 weeks off minimum and you should be fine.

you know that ketotifen is doing exactly what people think benadryl does right? adding benadryl isn't hurting anything but it isn't doing much either. that's one of those things that got going when people actually smartened up and realized that antihystemines stopped the down regulation of the b2. but all along the rest of us had been using keto and that's why we were effectively able to use it for longer durations.

yeah. it's actually overkill. people do not realize that ketotifen actually acts as an antihystemine. most just say they heard to take benadryl and/or keto with clen and that's why they do it not really knowing why.

I wonder if you can stack animal test with this? It has yohimbe which is suppose to be good with clen.
