Okay guys, I am 15 days out from a Natural Arizona. I am at 4% bodyfat weighing 153lbs. I started at 163lbs. 8 weeks out. I feel small as hell. People say I look much bigger, but 10lbs.? Anyway, I am leaned out except for my glutes and hams. I do about 35 min stationary bike a day. I want to rip my glutes and hams more but I fear losing too much muscle. Should I continue the same amount of cardio? Also is every other day training on a body part too much even if I have a fast recovery? Any suggestions?
