So i was using my cookie dough roller (wooden) doing some foam roller stuff to loosen up my legs and it kinda hurt in spots but not as much as i was expecting?
should it hurt more? thinking about buying a foam one at target for 20$ does it the roller need to be hard to be effective and be really sore when you first start out?

Target had a half foam reddish pink roller nicely boxed with a dvd, maybe, for $24. No way, I think Perform Better is cheaper. But yep, walked past the toys in Sears, which used to be a Kmart, and there it was on the end cap. Funny that's it's twice the size.
I had to pat myself on the back for that find, along with empty caps and bulk cissus...Food Aggressive
