    optimum whey protein vs. walmart brand whey protein

    is there a difference? Is one better than the other?

    protein is protein, on 100% whey has a high rep, and their stuff overall is pretty good to me.. doesnt taste bad and worth the price

    I don't understand. they have the same amount of protein per scoop, but 100% is twice the price. Is it just better quality?

    Could be. ON's whey has BCAA's, protein isolates and all that other good things.

    look at the ingredient labels....does the order of ingredients come in the same order (protein concentrate, protein isolate, etc). Is it the same g of protein per serving?

    walmart brand only has 17g per scoop while ON has 24g per scoop. I think walmart contains creatine, as what other people have said. ON is more money though. I would just go with ON and order online.
