all my life ive had a good 20 lbs of extra weight that ive always wanted to lose, but for some reaason no matter how i eat and how i exercise there is almost nothing i can do, does anyone have any new ideas for me
Eat 2000-2600 calories per day depending on activity level. Eat 5-6 well-rounded meals to keep metabolism running strong. Drink AT LEAST one gallon of water per day. Sleep 7-8 hours a night.
