Military Move To Japan - Shipping Supplements. Need Advice.

I'm moving to Japan on military orders. I was wondering if any military experienced folks or those knowledgeable, give advice on shipping supplements overseas. I found out that GNC is no longer in contract with the US Military in Japan. Are we allowed to ship supplements via housing good shipping (NON MAILING in other words). I have a feeling I'll have to ship my supplements via air mail. If I do so, will it will have to be sealed? I asked if sealed, becuz I do have some opened protein powder. I appreciate your advise on this. Thank you.

I shipped my Son many items to Japan with no issues. It may be best to have a family member send what you need.

i shipped about 5 containers of WMS and an assload of bottles of pills with my TMO to korea with me as well as protein
