I am unsure as to how many cals I should be eating to tone up...5'8 @ 154 lbs, aiming for 145 lbs at the end of May...still lifting wts 4-5X/wk and cardio 4X/wk. I would appreciate any advice, or any article links as well. thanks!!
IDK exactly, haven't been counting, just started eating much cleaner this past 2 weeks. But that site recommended 1900-ish cals for fat loss, quite a bit more (?2400 or so) more for wt maintenance.
