kavanaugh69 has a little shameless behaviour in the past. (-10)
cant get any growth outta my traps, here is what im doing help!!

well my traps arent growing like the rest of my body, they sem to be "Stuborn"

here is my shoulder workout out i do a 5day split body work out, i do 4 sets of 10 reps each!! any suggestions to switching or adding anything to help with the traps?

1-shoulder press
2-shrugs
3-latteral raises
4-upright rows
5-shoulder cable flyes

learn how to do high pulls, cleans, and power shrugs; apply them and do them with high sets/low reps(i.e. 10x3) and see what happens to your traps

Getting strong on deadlifts or rack dead lifts (on back day) helps most people with trap development.

by cleans are you talking about clean and presses? also what are these power shrugs? can you explain a little bit how they differ from regular shrugs?

Deadlifts will make EVERYTHING grow!! I rotate deadlifts with rack deads from knee height. I use these for my back thickness exercises, but they will make you grow every where. I don't understand why people train their traps on shoulder day. traps run down two thirds of your back. Train them with back people.
