Anyone to comment on my diet?

My Daily Macronutrient Breakdown

Meal One: 1/2 cup oats (5g protein, 27g carbs, 3g fat) [150 cals]
Protein shake 1 scoop (21g protein, 3g carbs, 2g fat) [105 cals]
1 cup skim milk (8g protein, 12g carbs, 0g fat) [90 cals]

Meal Two: Protein shake 2 scoops (52g protein, 6g carbs, 4g fat) [210 cals]

Meal Three: Garden salad 3 cups (2g protein, 6g carbs, 0g fat) [17 cals]
Ranch Dressing 2 tbsp. (0g protein, 1g carbs, 17g fat) [160 cals]
Protein Shake 1 scoop (21g protein, 3g carbs, 2g fat) [105 cals]

Meal Four: Protein Shake 2 scoops (21g protein, 3g carbs, 2g fat) [105 cals]

Meal Five: 3 cans Chunk Light Tuna (78g protein, 0g carbs, 1.5g fat) [180 cals]
Peanut butter 1 tbsp. (3.5g protein, 4g carbs, 7.5g fat) [95 cals]

Post-Workout Shake: Torrent 3 scoops (20g protein, 52g carbs, 1.5g fat) [302 cals]

Totals:
231.5g protein
117g carbs
31.5g fat
1519 Calories

10,633 cals weekly

...anybody have any comments/suggestions?

You are on an extreme cut, and a very low carb diet. Not the typical set up for a weight lifter.

Not knowing your goals, I'd suggest adding more carbs to get the macro more in line with the protein, and doubling your fat intake. That should bring your caloric intake up some.

Like above poster said this is a pretty hardcore cut diet. Judging by your height/weight and pics I think you could probably bulk quite a bit before you need to cut.

Okay, so what's a good ratio for protein/carb/fat? For both bulking and cutting, that is. Also, thanks for the input.
