11-oxo???

Okay...one more 11-oxo question.

Would taking 11-oxo along with 4AD or Activate extreme for 6 weeks then take 6-oxo for 4 weeks be alright?

If so, which one would you recommend, 4AD or Activate extreme or both?

I would(using the options you gave) take the 11oxo and 4ad, use 6oxo tapered down for four weeks as pct and use the ActivateX starting about week three of pct. Happy cycling!

4AD first, bridge with 11-OXO, then 6-OXO for PCT. Use AX after PCT if you like.

Start with 4-AD then while you're near the end of 4-AD, introduce 11-OXO into the stack and close out your 4-AD dosing while you're still on 11-OXO, then run out 11-OXO until PCT.

What's your goals?

I am 39 years old, weigh 175lbs and bodyfat% is 20%...

I would like to gain muscle while at the same time decrease my bf% to single digits. I'm not trying to look like Ronnie coleman or anything, I just want to be bigger and leaner.

I said given the options because I have not ran the new 4ad, if you are talking about that one. If you are looking to drop that much fat I would recomend using a thermogenic with the 11oxo instead of the 4ad. I like amp( have not tried the version 2 yet) or atrophex(ya it's BSN but I liked the product). This is what I would do.

ya the old one was 4-androstenediol, hence 4ad or 4diol. Man that stuff was just the best. First sign you are aging: you start to say remember when....

Thinking I might do that with Phera-Plex and 11-OXO
