Question Studying the art of bodybuilding

As a personal trainer and a student of the art, I want to learn more about bodybuilding (supplements, anabolics, flexing, etc). Any good books out there? Anything more concentrated than mulling over 100s of musclemags and internet sites?

obviously there is a ton of info online....but also in books etc.

id say one of the main things would be when u get back stateside to get in a gym with COMPETITIVE bodybuilders and just hang with them and absorb from them etc.

In my little version of the perfect world, all trainers would themselves compete in something...just to keep things real. Actually competing takes things to a whole new level

Walking a mile in a REAL competitive bodybuilder's shoes is the best way.

Books beat the internet too. You can pay $15 and find good information versus spending hours trying to pan for gold.
