me personally, eat ATON, i mean A TON, of food, and at least 200gs protein/day, which kicks me in the ass, because il occasionally eat fastfood ontop of that, and i get fat gain, but alot of muscle growth, after this cut im stopping that, getting strict, and only want about 3-4lbs gained/month,
all i gotta say is, Eat, alot, get you're protein and carbs in, fats too, try to stay away from fastfood, and dirty foods in general... it will bite you in the ass, and lift heavy, hard, and stay dedicated.
