Pectoral Question

I'm just wondering what exercise is best for getting rid of that little bit of 'flab' at the bottom of the pecs...would it be a decline press? I'm also doing dips with elbows bent outward, I've heard that helps too, I'm just not really seeing any improvement. Anybody with any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Also, sorry if this has already been posted or asked, I didn't have time to look through teh forums.

is it around your nipple area? if so you prolly need less bf. even if you dont have a high %, some people just tend to store more fat in that area. if thats not what you mean then i am not sure.

Yeah, that's the area I'm referring to. I'm working on the bf %, just not entirely sure how to go about losing it. Any suggestions there will be helpful too =D

yeah losing "flab" is about losing fat which is about creating a caloric deficit, and you really need to get your diet in order, check out the nutrition section. Also this could be gyno related even if you have never used steroids some guys just have it, you can ask your doctor about it
