Well it looks like you have lost a bit of fat above your waist. Dont be too cautious about your bf% and weight for now... Just keep eating clean, lifting heavy, doing cardio and watching the calories. I'd say weigh yourself no more than two times a month (once every two weeks) as there are many other factors which will contribute to your weight, for example water levels in your body and how full your stomach is. Good luck and keep up the work.
Edit: And as for loosing muscle. Just make sure your protein intake is very high. You will be loosing a slight bit of muscle but there is no other way of cutting down.

I agree, but if you're doing your exercises at the gym then you should be loosing the fat on top of the muscle. That's what happened to me I went from 390+ and 50%BF with 17 inch arms to now 220 and 15%BF and 16.5 inch, and thats just the numbers before there was no definition or muscle for that matter, that should be happening all over.

You have so much potential.. your doing well losing the weight, keep it up. Even if you do lose some muscle in the weight loss, it is always better to begin with a leaner base to build up from, your looking great for a months progress, keep it up, and keep that diet in check too!
