how can i make myself poo more?
i want to poo at least 1-2 times a day. sometimes i dont even do it for 1-2 day.
any tips other than laxatives?

Eat more fiber. Since fiber cannot be digested it must be taken out of the body through feces which also brings other toxins with it.

As others have sad fiber is the way to go. You get a lot of your fiber from fruits so start eating more of them!

I'm eating about 5k cals of food (no supps) per day, and i take metamucil. So i'm ****ting 3-5 times per day.
