you do realize..that if america falls..since the economies are so closely tied, that canada would fall too..

if something major were to happen that caused a heap of americans to want to move countries, it'd be really hard to get a visa anywhere good and most people would probably be forced to stay in the US

The economy goes through regular ups and downs anyways. Look at the state of the country during the depression... it definitely recovered.

Ok Kalagan. What do you do for a job that makes you so qualified to make such an assumption?

I know you can watch the news and regurgitate all the **** that you hear over there, but do really have any clue what is going on?

Are you an economist? Maybe you're in international finance? Do you even understand global economics? You would actually have a valid argument if you did something worthwhile, but I can guarantee your career (if you have one) has nothing to do with anything I've mentioned or has even been talked about.

If you knew ANYTHING about economics you would know that developing countries (China, UAE, etc.) develop at a much faster rate than developed countries (US, Britain, etc). It's not rocket science. Actually it's something people learn in high school. No **** the US isn't going to remain on the same level as they are now forever, it isn't possible.

Take a simple economics course before you even start to talk about a subject that you know absolutely nothing about (even though you do that anyways).
