endurance lifting

i need to lose some weight..and i know its cals intake have to be lower than cals output, but can endurance lifting make you lose weight as well? I want to become more cut. My dad told me that when he lifts he tends to also put on wieght and suggested trying endurance lifting. Any suggestions?

women are different, they dont generally put on weight when they lift unless its really heavy. if you just wanna cut "endurance lifting" sounds good alota reps with very little weight. lots of compound movements

more than 10 is a lot of reps. If you want then maybe around 15 or so reps

15 sounds about right with a good burn not so much exhaustion or failure
