eat ALOT.

if you just started, get a gainer powder (cyto gainer, Real Gains) are good ones. drink a protein shake (1-2 scoops of gainer powder, mix in some flax seeds and oats for essential fatty acids) when you wake up and again before you go to bed.

eat every 2-3 hours in the day, not grease food but 6-7 quality meals a day. about 1.5-2g of protein per lb of lean body weight, and i think it is 3-4g of carbs per lb of body weight.

get the "newb" gains first, then experience with supplementation

To bulk you want to also do higher weight and lower reps on your workouts
Remeber always lift tell failure and do sets of 8-3
