234 lbs's and growing.....Comments/Critiques
Any comments guys, as you can see from my progress pictures I have come pretty far, but I am looking to keep going. I think 250lbs next season could be a realistic goal.

Winter.... (I cut summer as I no longer play sports because of shoulder surgery/re-injury)
haha Funny how the only way I can be competitive now is with myself. So yeah Summer is for cutting (even though I have not started) and winter is for bulking.
Any ideas on cutting would be great! I love burgers/desserts.

Keep going man. I just finished my cut to ~198, and plan to bulk to 220 now. I'm 6'4 too, got trouble filling out those long legs also, they're defined, but so much room to fill. You're doing solid at 230.

Yeah man...I just squat hard every week...Finally up to 320 on my last set for 6-8ish. I stick to form over weight though, if I buckle at all I bump down.

Forgot to post here; I posted on your profile instead. Looks like you're doing great. Another builder friend of mine is 6'4, and he was able to get 275 before he started looking too bulky, so I think 250 should be safe and pretty easy for you to get. Good luck hulkin' out.
