There's a gym inside my work place, and surprisingly has everything needed. Been going to it since I moved down here from up north (201), but I have been considering going to an actual gym for a while... where do you go? any good? i miss seeing the cardio bunnies and enjoying the scenery.

anyone know how to figure out if your license is a duplicate? is there a mark on it somewhere? ive never seen one, my friend who is 26 is constantly asked for a second form of ID at bar a. he has lost and replaced his license but he cant figure out if his license now has duplicate marked somewhere on it

I go to Ultimate Fitness in Ocean, it's a a small place open 24/7/365 but it's not where you want to go if you're just looking for cardio bunnies lol, but it's a nice place for a good quiet workout. But FFS bro if you have a gym you can use for free at work then **** paying for a membership, what do you do, go to work early in the morning and lift then shower and go right in to work? That sounds like heaven to me.

They're awful with ID checking, I've heard of like 30+ year old men being asked for a second form of ID. Id just bring drivers license and whatever else your friend had with his name or even better his picture on it.

Work then gym while doing IF, can't imagine going in early before work. when i go, no one is there... getslonelyman.jpg, but it is nice not having to wait for equipment
