I am an ectomorph (just wanted to put that out there). I have managed to bulk up quite a lot but most of this weight has given me a solid chest, waist and thighs, but i havnt been able to put on much on my arms. This may be because i am following an incorrect weight training program, but it has worked for every other body part so i am inclined to think it has something to do with my height. Has anyone else found this (assuming you are also tall)?
