I have decided to start this log now for my contest prep i will still lean bulk for another 6-7 weeks b4 i start my cut. I have started this log due to all the motivation i hope to recieve from fellow team scivation members.
The show i hope to compete in is INBA titles (natural comp) the show is on October 5th 2008. Derek has me on 4000 calories atm.
The supps i will be using during this time are Primal N02, Xtend, Gaspari intrapro, Ultra peptide, primaforce ZMA, max cla, fish oil, multi and alpha male as of tomorrow.
Current weight as of right now (2 hours after meal 5, is 80kg {9.30pm])

Ill def be following along. Youll have no issue with the training, the people around here will raise the bar and your training will go to new levels just trying to keep up. I thought I was training hard until I started a log and tried to keep up with some of the monsters around here, its a good thing though!

As hard as it's going to be for me (on my cut) to see you eating 4000 cals a day (with carbs), I'll folllow along
*Provided you stick with my and my journey...DUM DUM DUM!!!
P.S. How do you like AF's Ultimate Peptide? I saw some guys using it at the Arnold, and I hear it's awesome (though not as awesome as Scivation's whey )

Of course ill follow, Ultra peptide tastes awesome 1 scoop of C&C with water and ice is awesome, but latley i have been mixing it with choc whey and oats so it dosent taste as good. Ill have 2 wait for scivation whey though as i cant import whey into aus due to customs.

Welcome! Like everyone said so far, you're in EXCELLENT hands and the support here is TREMENDOUS!
I'm preparing for an INBA show on 9/27 (Utah Show) so we're pretty much on the same contest schedule BUT so NOT on the same training and eating plan! I'm already working on the cut but with Derek's plan it doesn't even feel like a diet (yet).

OF COURSE we'll do well!!! Luck not needed since we're doing this the RIGHT way...the TS way with LOTS of HARD WORK, DEDICATION, and of course SUPPORT!
Actually, Derek gave me one cheat meal a week...so I'm good!
I am most definitely using Xtend - currently on the Apple flavor but I have a huge jug of Watermelon too - I just started megadosing actually the last few days - up to 12 scoops a day. It actually helps me get my 1.5 gallons of H2O down since it tastes so yummy. It's actually breaking my Diet Coke habit.

Im not to worries about my weight, by the end of my bulk i would like to add size to my calves, arms and traps to help balance out my physique.
As for the cut i just want to get completley shredded. i was a fat child so i would love to get razor sharp abs and with team scivation i beleive that i will.

At your age I don't think having high enough test levels would be an issue. But the forskolin could help with fat loss if there's enough in it.
