Basically whatever you can handle. Everyone's tolerance to EC and cardio is different. Do whats comfortable for you. Even though hotnfit advises you not to do HIIT while on EC, some people do it anyways because their body can tolerate it. I can't so I do LISS while on EC.

Like the poster above said just see what your body can handle. It is a good idea to exercise using a heart rate monitor to make sure your not breaking 190+ bpm.

That being said I wouldn't recommend HIIT while on the max dose weeks, but tapering up or down go for it.
