1 year progress pictures. 40 lbs of muscle, son.
ok guise i went from 115 to 155 lbs in the past year. ive been slacking off a little bit lately because of baseball and working hard trying to pay for my new car  but in the summer im gonna go crazy with it again. comments and criticism welcome! thanks for reading brothers

how much core work have you been doing?
no offense, cuz you look low bf personally (hard to tell with just two pics) but i don't see even an outline of any abs... your back looks good
and your forearms look beastly, unless that's just the way you were posing or angle on camera
definitely a vast improvement
what's the difference like in your 1RMs?

Squat : 415 x 6 = 482 (lovin this.. can't wait to hit 500)
Squat endurance: 135 x 100 reps hitting butt on a 13 inch high hurdle every rep

But doesn't look like your Bis grew at all :P. I guess it was just proportional which is a good thing :P. And it looks like you got leaner?! I can see the ribs more lol.

i dont do alot of core work at all but still i have a decent set of abs. heres a pic of me flexing them.
my 1 rep max in bench was i think 140. and now im at 245. i didnt squat or dead back then lol. what are your 1 rep maxes man your huge.

yeah i was surprised when i saw how much of a V taper i had i dont even do back much anymore! i wish id have measured my bis back then. i dont think i got leaner though man lol i got a lil bit of fat on me now.

Crazy how a small height difference can make ppl look so different, im 6'0 and weigh in at about 125 pounds but look SO SKINNY compared to your before pics.
