My identical twin brother and myself are from Calgary.
Using the bowflex at home.
Were also artists specializing in the art of the male form. Thats it...yup.....don't know what ells to say on here. Oh ya maybe a question. Who has been on this yo-yo training routine. You know, start working out for a month eating right and all that. Then work gets busy and you stop or slow down, and you are back to where you started. You start again... good diet... hard workouts... then work gets busy... And repeat. "YO-YO"

Guys, every bodybuilder/fitness enthusiast/lifter tends to go through the yo-yo cycle that you mention. Life often and always will get in the way of your bodybuilding pursuits, the key here is to be constant, and set a minimum benchmark when it comes to exercising/dieting/resting in order to adjust these elements when life gets busy / when you have tons of time to workout / when you want to maintain. In addition, bodybuilding knowledge is king specially when it comes to dieting. What/when/how to eat is crucial to making solid progress and taking your fitness pursuits to the next level. Cheers.
