100 pound weights, barbell, and bench all for $25
i dont have access to a gym because i can never get a ride and im use dumbbells 5-40 pounds. so i found this bench on craigslist.com it comes with 100 pounds of weights and a bar should i get it? im thinkin yes.

bench doesnt look too bad, but its a standard bar and the weights look like the plastic ones filled with concrete....
not sure the bench is worth 25, ur better off saving up and getting and olympic weight set

its up to you, when i first started lifting i went through a couple crappy benches and weight sets, wished i wouldve just saved my money and buy one that would last me. u will outgrow the plastic weights pretty quickly, u can buy cast-iron plates for a standard barbell though..............

i would just look for a squat rack. its your best investment if you are going to stay at home. and u can get them for 150-200$ usually with weight on craigslist if u search around
