Casein Protein and Dreams
So I started taking a Casein supplement (Gold Standard/Optimum) just before bed this week and it has turned my dreams into a total mess...Just wanted to check in and see if anyone has some advice or if I'm just being a panzy here.
I only get 6-7 hours of sleep/night, so my sleep is pretty damn important to me, and I don't really feel like I'm getting any rest during these intense episodes. At first I took the full scoop of powder (24 g) just before bed and that night was totally crazy. So then the next night I only took about a 1/3rd of a scoop (maybe 7-10 g), and it went better, but it still made me see some crazy ****e.
If I go to bed at 10PM, should I take it around 8 or 8:30 instead of right before I hit the sack?
Maybe my body will just get used to it? Any help is appreciated...Thanx!
