Velocity Diet Confusion

So I am planning on starting the velocity diet in less than two weeks and I have a couple of questions.

1. Can I really not do cardio? I have been away from the StairMaster for 4 months and I really miss it. I actually enjoy doing cardio! (gasp!)
2. It says to life weights on 3 times a week...I am not used to that either. Can I workout 6 days a week and still see the same results?
3. It also says to do a full body workout. Is that really important or can I do ab days MWF, upper body T, lower body Th, and then a little cardio Sat.

I know these questions may seem a little stupid, but I don't want to be counterproductive.

Here is the article discussing the diet:

1) Absolutely no high intensity cardio (I've been too nauseated sick/lethargic since day 2 to even attempt it anyway). Your glycogen stores are way to low, you'll enter catabolic states. This diet is ROUGH, mentally and physically, I went paint balling on the 3rd day, and spend most of the night dry heaving from extreme nausea and headache. Just take it easy, walk 2-3 miles... even that makes me insanely dizzy anymore, if I ran I'd probably passout.

2) Yes, you should probably stick to 3-4 days of weights, as you'll need to up the calories on those days, but you won't want 6 days of 'upped carb/food intake'.

3) I dunno, I haven't personally followed a circuit training routine either... Probably should?

Best of luck, and I'd highly suggest a nice re-feed the day before you start, because you'll be missing food

Thats a lot of activity on a huge caloric deficet - you wont be taking in the nutrients to rebuild your body and working out 6 days a week.

Infact your probably hindering gains by working out 6 days a week now.

3 day full body splits FTMFW
